We’ll also dive into the history of meditation, its role in mind-body medicine, and current healthcare applications. By the end of this course, you’ll learn how to: ∙ Create and maintain your own meditation practice. ∙ Use mindfulness to enhance client sessions and foster authentic communication. ∙ Guide clients through short relaxation meditations as part of therapeutic work.
